In-Kind Donation Requests

I am happy to consider requests for in-kind donations from organizations whose missions align with my work and values.

 

Please submit donation requests in writing to polly.paintandpencil@gmail.com including all available and relevant information, a PDF or JPEG of the event flyer, and especially important dates to note. 

When appropriate, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to provide promotional or advertising materials to accompany my contribution in the weeks leading up to the event. Advance notice allows me to coordinate these materials and helps create additional exposure for both the organization and my studio.

Requests are carefully considered based on my available time, current inventory, and personal connection to the organization and its mission. While I appreciate every request, I am not able to accommodate all donation inquiries.
